The service
FieldDesk performs non-licensed field tasks on behalf of insurance agents and agencies, such as property photos, signature visits, document runs, and vehicle verification. FieldDesk does not provide insurance advice, underwriting, or licensed insurance services.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that you're authorized to request each task and to share the client information you send us, and that your instructions are accurate and lawful.
Pricing & payment
Tasks are billed at the prices shown at the time of request, plus any applicable rush or out-of-zone surcharges. Membership plans renew until cancelled.
Scheduling & completion
We make reasonable efforts to complete tasks by the requested date. Delays caused by client availability, access, or weather may occur; we'll keep you informed.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, FieldDesk's liability for any task is limited to the amount paid for that task.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of FieldDesk means you accept the updated terms.
