Information we collect
Agent account details (name, agency, email, phone), task details you send us (client names, addresses, instructions), and the work we produce (photos, documents, signatures, notes).
How we use it
Only to complete, deliver, and bill for the tasks you request, to communicate with you and your clients about those tasks, and to improve our service. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing
Completed work is shared with you, or with the systems you authorize us to deliver to. We share information with service providers (hosting, payments, messaging) only as needed to run FieldDesk, or when required by law.
Security & retention
Task data is stored with access limited to the staff handling your work. We keep completed work for as long as your account is active or as needed for legal and business purposes, and delete it on request where possible.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us.
